My shoprite order came during the exact time slot I picked, which made my whole day easier. I didn’t have to sit around wondering where my groceries were, like you end up doing with some other deliveries that somehow make it your problem.

The driver was quick, everything was packed well, and nothing felt rushed or messed up. Happy with it overall, and for once I can’t really blame the delivery process for stressing me out

A few of the items in my order showed up damaged, which was disappointing, but the refund came through really quickly. Based on this one experience, it seems like their customer service is responsive when something goes wrong.

Overall, I’d say it’s useful enough depending on what you need it for, just not the easiest or smoothest website to use

Not gonna lie, I check ShopRite pretty much every week before I go grocery shopping. The weekly deals are easy to find, and it helps a lot to see what’s on sale before I put my list together.
